As a way to heal the urban scars, the space in the start-up complex and offices in Tu Xuong District 3, Ho Chi Minh City is restored with the inner transparency of an outer courtyard. The architectural element here connects all the discontinuities activity in every square foot of expensive downtown commercial space. The inside-out effect with this warm wood material meanwhile creates a new atmosphere for the space, which is so brutal of the various plastered concrete buildings in the urban development of the 90s. The linearity and uniformity of the wood materials determine the stillness in the surface of the space.
