The project comprises 21 apartments arranged in two low-rise residential blocks, designed to meet the KfW 55 EE energy-efficiency standard through green roofs and integrated photovoltaic panels. Compact building volumes define a simple architectural language, while the spatial arrangement creates a clear relationship between private living spaces, shared areas and the surrounding residential context.
