Like a flexible framework within the urban fabric of District 7, Tinh Khoi photography studio is conceived as a modular steel skeleton that keeps the space open, transparent and adaptable. Rather than defining fixed rooms, the structure creates a continuous framework where different activities, equipment and working conditions can be freely arranged. The openness of the space encourages creative users to transform it according to their needs, allowing photography, production and interaction to take place within the same flexible environment.
A system of sliding glass doors extends the studio towards the outside, bringing natural light and ventilation deep into the space. The layers of structure, glass, people and activities create a constantly changing atmosphere, where the architecture provides a stable framework while leaving room for creativity and transformation.
